Sister Andrea Westkamp is a member of Saint Benedict Monastery in Bristow, VA. Currently, she is serving as sub prioress, canonical treasurer and spiritual director. Her background is in pastoral counseling, spiritual direction and early childhood education. She enjoys long walks, artwork, reading mysteries and helping as translator. Her passion is exploring the depth of the Rule of Benedict for our times.

Sister Marcia Ziska, OSB is a member of the Benedictine Sisters at Mount St. Scholastica, Atchison, Kansas for 47 years. A retired certified hospital chaplain, she has served her community in pastoral care, formation work and associate director of the Sophia Center, the community’s retreat center. She felt honored and privileged to coordinate the Rome Renewal Program for English speaking Benedictine women world-wide from 2003-2010. She served on the NRVC board and two terms with the ABFC Leadership team. She was co-director of BSWR in 2016, having previously served on the team five times in the 1990’s. She currently is vocation director, does spiritual direction, and a staff member for the spiritual direction training program, Souljourners. She enjoys making jelly for the gift shop, making pies, and taking photos.
