NADI - Novice and Director Institute
Program goals of the Novice program are to experience the unity and diversity of Benedictine communities, explore some essential elements of the Benedictine monastic way of life, listen with the ear of the heart to the call towards transformation, and to experience peer support and feedback in living the Rule of Benedict.
Goals of the Directors program are to experience peer support, share with other directors regarding specific topics and/or areas of expertise, to be supportive for the novice as she experiences the program.
